1. Service Scope & Responsibilities
Uno Innovations provides professional delivery, setup, maintenance, and repair services for massage chairs. Services are performed based on the condition of the equipment at the time of service and according to industry standards. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, misuse, or issues outside the agreed scope of service.
2. Scheduling, Payments & Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Payments are due as agreed prior to or upon completion of service. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
3. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to ensure quality and safety, Uno Innovations is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or equipment failure resulting from factors beyond our control. Any warranties apply only to the specific service provided and do not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
